This role is for a company in the Examinations industry working from GCSE's upwards and also holding several other government contracts - they have around 15,000 users worldwide using their online services. This position is a 12 month fixed term contract, working remotely to start with, followed by working in a Central London office later this year.
The Role:
You will provide the expertise and skills required to support, maintain and make improvements to the internal infrastructure to ensure it is reliable, secure and continues to meet the company’s needs. Working with external vendors and internal resources, you will ensure that IT systems and services meet the company’s quality standards and conform to best practice.
You will report directly to the IT Service Manager and will be responsible for proactively managing infrastructure projects and service requests, and, where necessary, escalating issues to the line manager
