This position is working for a small consultancy managing a team of 7 Systems Engineers for one of their end clients. You will be responsible for improving the corporate IT estate an delivering a variety of infrastructure projects. The position will involve breaking down projects amongst the teams, buidling servers, troubleshooting and performing upgrades. You will mentor and coach members of the team and help them to improve their skills. In terms of skills and experience you will come from a Desktop and Server support background, ideally within a Windows environment and have progressed into a technical management position. Knowlege of netwirking, virtualisation and telecoms would be beneficial, as would ITIL Service Management experience. The position is fully remote and outside of IR35.
