This position is working as a Technical Account Manager for a company in the broadcast sector, your job will be to look after a number of their clients and make the service work well for them. The work will be a mixture of Business Analysis, Product Management and Account Management. You will act as the liaison point between 6 or 7 external clients and internal technical staff to ensure smooth running of broadcast and video services. The role will require you to work across operational, technical, product and commercial areas. In terms of skills and experience if you have worked as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in the broadcast sector that would be highly beneficial. You will need to have excellent organisational, collaboration and communication skills, ideally gained in the lead role on a project or product development.
The role will be 1 or 2 days per week in the office in West London, the rest at home.
